This coming Saturday (the 14th of February), I'll be kicking off my radio show. Tune in on http://www.whrw.org from 10 to 11:30. Listen while having brunch. Listen while opening your Valentine's Day cards. Listen while you're ... ummm ... nevermind.
So, tune in. I'll be playing some V-Day and non-V-Day tunes. And I think that I'll have a companion. I don't know for sure, though. If you have requests, you can phone them in during the show or IM them in during the show. Or you can leave some requests down below in the comments. So sit down, tune in, and drop out.

A Terrible Preemption

I hate to break the news to you folks, but my birthday show this coming Saturday has been preempted for station reasons. But never fear! I shall reschedule and attempt to salvage it. More details as they come in.

Looking Towards the Spring

Well, I hope that everyone reading this has good plans for the next month or so. I know that I do. Home for roughly 3 weeks and Florida for 1 week, not necessarily in that order. Anyway, on to the good news.
I am an officially cleared DJ at WHRW! I don't know when my show will be next semester, but once I get slotted, I'll post it here. Also, I'm planning on expanding on the social networking sites. I might make a Twitter for the show and I have signed up for a BlogTV account in case I want to live-broadcast the show from in the studio. I'll probably set up a Facebook group for the show as soon as I get on my feet at the start of the Spring semester.

Sorry, folks. The DJ I'm apprenticing under went away for the weekend and no cleared DJs showed up to fill in the airtime. But don't worry, I'll be back next week with a very spooky show! :)
